DELFE and Company is primarily a full suite Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management and High End Brokerage firm based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Our value begins at the initial stages of the real estate project feasibility study, site assessment and negotiation support, to providing a well coordinated design and engineering drawings, as well as preparation of detailed technical specification and bill of quantity.

At DELFE, integrity is a pinnacle core value in our organization and with that, we take on the tender preparation and support our clients in providing a reliable and transparent tender evaluation and contract preparation process. From there, our highly trained and trust worthy construction management team strive to ensure that our clients’ vision is achieved on time and on budget.

Our multi lingual team fluent in French, English, Amharic and Oromiffa, enables our domestic as well as foreign clients, traverse the complicated regulatory process, ensuring that our clients are protected and in compliance in all aspects of the transactions.
